Before performing this procedure, the patient must be evaluated very carefully, in order to be able to notice aspects such as quality and texture of the skin, position of the areola and nipple, the adequate development of the breast tissue, the patient's body measurements, her height and texture and finally what is the desire in terms of size that is in the expectations of the patient.  All these factors together lead us to establish the operative plan that would be the one indicated in the patient. We cannot frame all patients with the same procedure since the individual variables of each patient play a very important role in the final favorable aesthetic result.
